What this is
A public leaderboard of plank times. You link a video you published somewhere else, you declare a time, and both go on the board. It is a game, run by one person, for fun.
Your side
- · The video is yours, or you have the right to link it, and it shows you.
- · The time you declare is real and follows the rules.
- · You are 16 or older.
- · You keep the video public. If it goes, so does your entry.
Our side
We can remove or refuse any entry, with or without a reason, and we will tell you why when there is one. We verify the top of the board and every attempt over thirty minutes by watching the video. A declared badge means exactly that: you said so, and we published it. We make no promise that any unverified time is true.
We may change the rules, the board, or the prices. We may stop running the site. There is no prize, no ranking that means anything outside this page, and no guarantee it will be here next year.
This is not training advice
A long plank is a real physical effort. Held to failure it loads your lower back, shoulders and core, and people do get hurt chasing numbers on the internet. Nothing here is medical advice or a training plan, and nobody here is your coach or your doctor. You decide whether to attempt it, and you carry that risk. Stop when your form breaks. If you have any doubt about your health, ask a doctor first.
Sponsors
Slots beside the board are paid placements and are labelled. Slots we fill ourselves with affiliate links are labelled Affiliate, and we may earn a commission from them. Neither buys any influence over the leaderboard or over verification. We do not endorse what sponsors sell.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from taking part, from anything a sponsor sells, or from the site being wrong or unavailable. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and if you are a consumer in the EU your statutory rights are untouched.
Law
Italian law applies. If you are a consumer you can also bring a claim where you live.
