The rules
Short, because a leaderboard nobody trusts is worth nothing.
- 1Forearm plank. Body in a straight line from shoulders to ankles. Knees off the floor.
- 2One single continuous take. No cuts, no speed-ups, no edits.
- 3A running timer visible in frame for the whole attempt — phone, watch, wall clock.
- 4Your whole body in frame for the whole attempt.
- 5Your time is the time in correct position. The first time your form breaks, the attempt ends.
- 6The video must be public and stay online. If it disappears, the entry comes down.
- 7One row per person per platform: your best time counts.
- 8Same time? Whoever submitted first ranks higher.
- 9Over 30 minutes, a human watches the video before the entry appears.
- 10You must be 16 or older.
Declared vs verified
Every entry starts as declared — your word, published as-is. We watch the top of the board and every attempt over 30 minutes, and those get a verified badge. Anyone can report an entry that breaks the rules.
On safety
A long plank is a genuine physical effort — it loads your lower back, shoulders and core, and pushing to failure carries real risk. This is a challenge board, not a training plan and not medical advice. Stop when your form breaks. If you have any doubt about your health, talk to a doctor before you try.
